Spain is among the most preferred beach destinations in the world. The pristine white sandy beaches of Spain with crystal clear waters will make you vacation memorable. Below we have revealed some of the best beaches in Spain.
Playa del Monsul, Cabo de Gata - Playa del Monsul is one of the must visit beaches in Cabo de Gata, Almeria. It is a quite beach to relax and enjoy your vacation. Playa del Monsul is a good beach for snorkeling. The beach was also featured in one of the Indiana Jones Movie. The only way to reach the beach is by hiring a car. The water here is not deep which makes it ideal for children. You can also try rock climbing at the Playa del Monsul.
Cala Tarida, Ibiza - Apart from nightlife Ibiza is also famous for its exotic beaches. Among these beaches is Cala Tarida. If you want to skip some of the crowded beaches in Spain then Cala Tarida beach is the right place for you. It is quite easy to reach or find accommodation near the beach since its located near the San Sebastian city. The beach is quite unspoiled despite being so close to the city. Beware during sunny day it could be hard to find a spot at the beach. The beach is connected to two more beaches, Playa de Ondarreta and Playa de la Zurriola that are great of surfing and kayaking.
Islas Cies, Galicia - If you are tired of overcrowded beaches and want to spend time in quite then this remotely located island is the right place for you. Spanish government hasn't allowed any hotels at the Islas Cies but there are plenty of camp sites that makes Islas Cies an ideal vacation spot of budget travelers. The island with heavenly beaches is opened for tourists only during summer and Easter holidays. There are only 3 restaurants in Islas Cies.
