A British plumber has built what he claims to be the world's longest scooter measuring an astonishing 22 meters or 72.2 feet in length, and all for the sake of getting into the Guinness Book of World Records.To create the monster scooter, Colin Furze of Lincolnshire, England, connected the front and rear ends of two 125cc mopeds to an extended aluminum frame adding enough seating in between for 25 passengers. The current Guinness Book of World Records for the longest scooter is said to stand at 14 meters or about 46 feet. To make the record legit, Furze had to ride the scooter for 100 meters (328 feet), but according to British newspaper the Daily Mail, he managed to drive for over a mile reaching a top speed of 35mph (56 km/h).
