Display of the Titles in any template plays a vital role, when its come to main body of the template then matter would be very crucial, it refers to the middle part of the template "A place which comes between header and footer calls like Main body.
Vital Points
(1) Login to Blogger > Go To Dashboard > Edit Html > Expand Widgets
(2) Find the following code > (Click Ctrl and F for a search bar)

Here background color , Text Color can be changed to replace the just attach code (see in point (3) code, here #008285 for background and #FFFFFF for color as per the requirement codes can be changed as well font size, weight other elements of the side bar like margin, padding, line height..if you want to add border around title then you can sustain "border:1px solid black" as mention in point (3) as well if you dont like then remove the same also you can modified it by changing the name of color like solid black to solid grey etc.
