Fresh Plaza: Fresh Turkiye Fruits, Vegetables, Organic Harvest, Storage and Logistic fair was under the auspices of The Republic of Turkey Ministry of Food Agriculture and Livestock and had support from the Mediterranean Exporters Union, Turkey Vegetable and Fruit Brokers Federation, Anatolia Fruit and Vegetable Brokers and Businessmen's Association, Istanbul Fresh Fruit Vegetable and Garden Brokers Association, opened its doors on 17 November. Fresh Turkiye ’11 opened with the participation of 160
companies. The event opened its doors to visitors on Thursday November 17 at 14:00 pm. The fair experienced a very intense visitor traffic. With domestic and international senior managers the opening was quite spectacular. The fair saw visitors from the USA Bulgaria, Greece, Iran, Iraq, Romania, Kazakhstan, Spain, Sudan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Africa, Kosovo, Libya, Macedonia, Italy, Pakistan, Jamaica, Canada, United Kingdom, Slovenia, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Albania, Algeria. 12,000 visitors visited the fair between 17 November – 20 November.
