Relaxnews, AFP, The frustration of not knowing where a delayed plane is could soon be a thing of the past, thanks to a new technology solution on display at the airport industry's ACI-NA show this week. Instead of waiting in silent anger or haranguing an airport assistant, passengers at gates may soon be able to check a display which shows the real-time location of their aircraft as it approaches the airport. The technology, called 'Flight In Sight', displays the aircraft's location on a large-screen map in a waiting area, helping to keep passengers informed as they wait to board their flight.
