Carscoop: Some criminals just refuse to give up, no matter how bad the situation gets. In this video that we came across today, a team of young car thieves in Russia are trying to escape from the police in a stolen, small station wagon model. Several local police officers pursuit the car and even manage to deploy what looks like a spike strip that punctured the stolen vehicle's wheels.
