Gingrich sued for using Eye of the Tiger at rallies

Rude Music has filed a lawsuit against GOP presidential candidate Newt Gingrich for using Eye of the Tiger song in his campaign rallies, Associated Press reported today.The single was featured in a Sylvester Stallone movie Rocky -3, a film series about a fearless boxer Rocky Balboa. The third part opens with Eye of the Tiger theme song, performed by the group Survivor, against the backdrop of scenes from boxer’s life
