QSRweb: McDonald's plans to double its unit count in the India market within the next three years. This would put the total number of restaurants at 500. According to the India Times, the expansion will be
spearheaded by two franchisees – Hardcastle Restaurant in the west and south and Connaught Plaza Restaurants in the north and east. These two franchisees currently operated 250 McDonald's in India. Many
