Roscosmos checks U.S. role in Phobos-Grunt failure

NASA specialists may be invited to take part in the probe launched by Russia’s Roscosmos space agency into whether a U.S. radar might have played a role in the failure of the Phobos-Grunt interplanetary spacecraft, the agency’s head Vladimir Popovkin has told reporters.At the same time, he said that other potential causes were also being checked, including design and production faults.
