By: Elena Kovachich, The Bashkir capital, Ufa has started preparations for the 6th International Children’s Winter Games (ICG) due in 2013. The event will be for the first time held in Russia and is expected to become something of a spring board for the 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Sochi.The Slovenian sports instructor Metod Klemenc founded the International Children’s Games in
