The You Tube Video Sharing site will hold their own film festival of short films with applications for participation being accepted from the 2nd to the 31st of March. Applicants will be able to submit films of up to 15 minutes in length which did not appear anywhere until January 1, 2010.The winners will be invited to a film festival in Venice and the author of the best film will receive a half-million dollars to shoot a full-length film.
