Box of Gold with Mother-of-Pearl Inlay, 1749-1750, The Victoria & , Albert Museum
to hold snuff—is crafted of gold which has been inlaid with mother-of-pearl in a Chinoiserie design. It was made in France between 1749 and 1750 and
