China and Russia discussed bilateral ties at BRICS summit

China stands at the forefront of the emerging leaders as the world’s second largest economy. On Wednesday Chinese President Hu Jintao and counterpart Dmitry Medvedev discussed the bilateral ties between the two emerging economies.
