Google has launched the World Wonders Project to allow for the interactive exploration of places around the globe, asmmag.com reports. The new interactive site includes a slideshow of the places that have been captured, from Stonehenge to the Kyoto temples in Japan, along with a globe view of their location.The World Wonders project also aims to capture user content, with photos from various sources, user-created YouTube videos, and even 3D models.
